Terms and Conditions – Cinema Residency 2026 Application
By submitting an application to Cinema Residency 2026, the applicant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Selection Process
The selection of participants is conducted exclusively at the full and sole discretion of the organisers of Cinema Residency 2026.
All applications are evaluated internally and by the appointed mentors according to criteria established by the organisation. The organisers are under no obligation to provide feedback, justification, or explanation regarding the outcome of the selection process.
By applying, the applicant expressly agrees not to submit complaints, disputes, or claims regarding the selection results.
2. Modification of Terms
The organisers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
In the event of any changes, applicants who have submitted their application will be notified using the contact details provided in their application form.
3. Participation Fee Upon Selection
By submitting the application, the applicant acknowledges and accepts that, in the event of being selected, they commit to paying a participation fee of €3,500 for Cinema Residency 2026.
The payment terms and deadline will be communicated directly to selected participants by the production team.
4. Attendance Requirement
Selected participants agree to be physically present in Italy on May 10, 2026, and specifically to reach Foggia, from where transfers and further logistical instructions will be provided.
Failure to be present may result in exclusion from the workshop without refund.
5. Post-Selection Communication
After the selection process, selected participants will be contacted directly by the Cinema Residency production team with detailed information regarding:

6. Acceptance
By submitting the application form, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
